Super Size Me
100 minutes were all it took for me to want to stay away from fast food for (let's say) a week? Or perhaps more than that, I'm not to sure. The only thing that got me scratching my head is Froggie's and Spidey's comments on "Go watch Super Size Me. It's going to make you wanna eat McDonalds the moment the credits run up." Ya right, they are wrong. I feel utterly unhealthy.
Super Size Me is a documentary that I wouldn't want to watch if it wasn't for the let's-see-till-the-end-and-find-out-if-the-guy-dies attraction. I hate documentaries, somehow I lasted through this one. It wasn't entertaining. It was just informative.

"Super Size Me" is one man's journey into the world of weight gain, health problems and fast food. It's an examination of the American way of life and how we are eating ourselves to death. Filmmaker Morgan Spurlock unravels the American obesity epidemic by interviewing experts nationwide and by subjecting himself to a 'McDonald's only' diet for thirty days straight. His Sundance award-winning feature is as entertaining as it horrifying as it dives into corporate responsibility, nutritional education, school lunch programs and how we as a nation are eating ourselves to death.
