7th Period is a Secret

The title captured my attention to wanna flip the pages and see what is the secret of the 7th period. It was disappointing. The three volumes that presented this story are predicable from the very first page.

Shun is a nerdy quiet girl who got tired of having no friends and being alone all the time in school. So when she had to transfer to another school, she decided to use the opportunity to transform herself into someone else so that she can fit into her peers. She read magazines and studied the behaviours of her peers in her desperate quest to be Miss Popular. And Miss Popular she did became in the new school. But is she really contented inside?

Her lecturer, a young man, feels for her because he could sense that she isn't herself. He knows that she is faking a personality so that others can accept her, but not for who she is. He is determined to help her realize that false laughters and smiles are not the way to being happy in life. And so, they became friends... then lovers.

Love the drawing a lot. But still, I hated it that the entire story is just too predictable. No sense of excitement at all.
